SELECTED WORK
Turning complex challenges into practical experiences.
My work spans technical implementation, professional learning, instructional design, and education technology. Across each area, the goal is the same: make change easier to understand, easier to adopt, and more meaningful for the people involved.
TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION
Large-Scale EdTech Implementation
Challenge
Successful technology adoption requires much more than turning on a platform. Organizations need technical readiness, clear processes, accurate user access, thoughtful communication, and support that connects implementation decisions to the people doing the work.
Approach
I support early-stage implementation through launch planning, rostering and user setup, technical readiness, troubleshooting, escalation, benchmark and workflow preparation, and cross-functional coordination. My education background helps me translate technical requirements into language and processes that make sense to district and school teams.
Impact
5,000+
Learners onboarded through technology and learning-platform initiatives
200+
Educators supported through onboarding and adoption
60%
Reduction in human input allocation through process automation
PROFESSIONAL LEARNING
Learning Designed for Adoption
Challenge
Training can explain features without changing practice. Educators and leaders need learning experiences that connect new solutions to their actual responsibilities, students, workflows, and goals.
Approach
I design and facilitate interactive professional learning that combines product knowledge with adult-learning principles, practical scenarios, reflection, data, and action planning. Sessions are adapted to district context and designed so participants leave knowing what to do next—not simply what they heard.
Professional learning should create confidence, clarity, and action—not just transfer information.
96%
Positive customer rating for facilitated learning experiences
District-Specific Design
Customized sessions built around local priorities, learner needs, implementation stage, and instructional context.
INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
From Information to Learning Experience
My instructional-design work includes instructor-led training, eLearning, facilitator resources, participant guides, job aids, visual materials, and scenario-based learning. I focus on designing around what the learner needs to understand, practice, and ultimately do.
Instructor-Led Learning
Interactive workshops, facilitator guides, scenarios, reflection prompts, and application activities designed for adult learners.
AI & eLearning
Digital learning experiences and AI-supported resources that make information accessible, engaging, and useful.
Learning Materials
Guides, job aids, worksheets, one-pagers, and visual resources that help learners apply new knowledge after formal training ends.
EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY
Technology in Service of Learning
My approach to education technology is grounded in a simple idea: the tool is never the outcome.
Across LMS adoption, accessibility solutions, instructional technology, AI adoption, and digital learning, I focus on the connection between the technology and the experience it is intended to improve. My background working with diverse learners and educators keeps accessibility, usability, and instructional purpose at the center of implementation decisions.
Accessibility
Supporting technology and learning experiences that expand access for diverse learners.
Adoption
Connecting implementation strategy, professional learning, communication, and ongoing support.
Instruction
Keeping teaching, learning, and measurable outcomes at the center of technology decisions.
SELECTED ARTIFACTS
Learning & Design in Practice
