ABOUT CHARLES
I’ve spent my career helping people learn, adapt, and succeed.
For more than 20 years, my work has lived at the intersection of education, leadership, and technology. Today, I bring that experience to technical implementation and professional learning—helping organizations move from simply having technology to using it confidently and meaningfully.
From the Classroom to Implementation
My career began in education, where I worked as a mathematics teacher and later moved into leadership, student services, technology adoption, and district-level program support. Along the way, I saw the same pattern repeatedly: even the best tools and programs only create value when people understand how to use them and can see how they connect to their real work.
That insight continues to shape how I approach implementation today. I enjoy translating complexity into clear next steps, connecting technical requirements with human needs, and helping teams build the confidence to move forward.
My experience spans public and private education, in-person and virtual learning, instructional design, professional learning, customer support, and education technology. That range allows me to see implementation from several perspectives—not just whether a solution works technically, but whether it works for the people expected to use it.
How I Work
Start with People
Technology succeeds when the people using it understand its purpose, feel supported, and can connect it to meaningful outcomes.
Make Complexity Usable
I enjoy taking technical processes, instructional challenges, and large initiatives and turning them into practical, manageable next steps.
Build for Adoption
A successful launch is only the beginning. I focus on the systems, learning, communication, and support that help change last.
Experience That Connects the Pieces
Technical Implementation
Technical readiness, rostering, launch support, troubleshooting, escalation, and early-stage implementation.
Professional Learning
Interactive learning experiences for educators, instructional leaders, and organizations adopting new solutions.
Instructional Design
Instructor-led training, eLearning, learning materials, guides, and resources designed around clear outcomes.
Education Leadership
More than two decades across teaching, student services, program leadership, technology adoption, and organizational change.
Education & Foundation
My academic background includes graduate study in both Educational Leadership and Teaching & Curriculum, complementing years of hands-on experience leading learning, technology, and student-support initiatives.

What Matters to Me
I believe technology should make learning and work more accessible—not more complicated. Whether I’m supporting an implementation, designing professional learning, or solving a technical challenge, the goal is the same: help people feel capable, supported, and ready for what comes next.
